Meet Miss Nicole
Welcome! I am Nicole Raso the owner, founder and therapist behind The Speech Barn. I was born and raised in Hammonton, New Jersey. In 2013, I graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. In 2015, I earned my master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Stockton University. As a speech-language pathologist, I have worked in private practice, teletherapy and school districts in South Jersey. I hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). In 2015 I became a PECS Level 1 Certified clinician and in 2019, I gained my PROMPT Certification.

I have a passion for working with children and their families to help make them successful communicators. I have made it a priority to work closely and collaborate with a child’s family to ensure carryover of their skills into the home setting. I have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, cognitive impairment, childhood apraxia of speech, fluency disorders, Down Syndrome, Augmentative and Alternative communication, hearing impairment, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, behavioral disorders, neurological impairment, and articulation/phonological disorders. I look forward to working with you and your child and watching their speech and language skills grow!

Meet Miss Tiffany
My name is Tiffany Mortellite. I was born and raised in Hammonton, NJ but currently reside in Haddon Township, NJ. I graduated from the University of Delaware in 2016 with B.S in Elementary Education and Special Education. I taught special education in Galloway, NJ for three years, working with children with a variety of needs.
In 2021, I earned my Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Stockton University. As a speech-language pathologist, I have worked in private practice, the school setting and in teletherapy. I hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
As a speech language pathologist, I am dedicated to helping children unlock their communication potential. My passion for helping children overcome communication challenges has flourished through my years of experience across various settings. I am committed to providing comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based interventions, utilizing play-based therapy, articulation therapy, language stimulation, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) methods. I have learned the importance of family communication and value building strong relationships with both the child and their family to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment throughout the therapeutic journey. We will work together as communication partners to provide your child with the tools they need to reach their full potential!
